As a licensed therapist, yoga instructor, and integrative intuitive human, I offer a space for you to explore, feel, and reconnect with the truth of who you are. I believe that being human means embracing the full spectrum of experience — the joy and the sorrow, the light and the shadow — and discovering the harmony that exists within both.

With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I specialize in trauma-informed care, somatic and mindfulness-based therapies, CBT, ACT, and integrative use of intuition to support you in accessing your truest gifts, talents, skills, and abilities to live fully. As a 500-hour yoga instruction with speciality in yoga psychology, I bring a holistic, body-centered real approach to the therapeutic process.

My work integrates traditional evidence-based practices with somatic, spiritual, and creative modalities — including breath, movement, mindfulness, and energy awareness — to help you move beyond symptom management into authentic connection and self-remembering. I believe healing happens not just in the mind, but through the body, the heart, and the relationship between them.

At the core of my practice is the therapeutic relationship — meeting you where you are, holding your story with compassion, and walking beside you as you learn to trust your inner wisdom and live more fully from your authentic self.
