Therapy requires a high degree of trust and we take that seriously. HIPAA agreements are available and reviewed during intake appointments. Telehealth platforms used during sessions will ge HIPAA compliant. Exceptions to confidentiality include suspected abuse/neglect of children and elderly or if client is threatening harm to themself or others. We will work with you and/or family members to ensure safety but may need to involve other parties as necessary.
