Having been a social worker for over 20 years, I have helped clients understand and unblock patterns of self-destructive behaviors in their lives. They learn to set healthy boundaries in their relationships to improve their confidence, self esteem and work and life connections.

It is humbling to walk with others on their personal and spiritual journeys. Loneliness is endemic in society, but can be relieved by working together to resolve problematic behaviors.
